Workers Compensation Claims
An employer's first report of injury or disease form should be completed and faxed to Harms Insurance Group at 608-837-4853 as soon as possible after an injury.

Effective January 4, 2010 all Cincinnati workers' compensation claims should be called directly in to the company at 877-242-2544 to expedite the claims process.
All Other Claims
All other property and casualty claims should be reported directly to Harms Insurance Group at 608-837-2484. If you have an after hours emergency contact your Insurance Company directly at the following numbers:
